Narcolepsy, Sleeping Disorder
Do you often feel tired, sleepy, although you have sleep 8 hours last night?
Perhaps you have Narcolepsy syndrome.
What is Narcolepsy?
Narcolepsy is a chronic sleep disorder with no cause.
What are the symptoms?
The symptoms are (may not occur in all patients):

Cataplexy: sudden episodes of loss of muscle function

Sleep Paralysis

Hypnagogic hallucinations

Automatic behaviors: You do something, but you are not aware what you do

Disturbed night-time sleep
The term is too difficult, explain it more
Well, you are possible have Narcolepsy if:

You often feel sleepy during the day, even after having had a full night's sleep

You fall asleep when you do not intend to

You find yourself unable to talk or move while falling asleep or waking up for
temporary.
Is there any cure for Narcolepsy?
No. There isn't cure for Narcolepsy. But the symptoms can be
controlled so person with Narcolepsy can live with normal life. In my
experiences, doctor give me two medicines but their purpose is only for shock
therapy, giving me time to manage my sleep-time from beginning.
